Author's Preface: Somehow (don't ask me how, because I don't pretend to understand these things, and my brain sure as hell doesn't consult me), I've ended up co-authoring a Captain America/Iron Man fic with kijikun. Because I'm involved, it's probably going to end up massive and horrifically world-built. Don't hold it against my co-author. Technically my second major collaborative venture, although this one promises to be much better on the general communication front. All I'll say at this point is that it's an incredibly intriguing premise, once it gets underway, and should lead to some very interesting sociological stuff. Also, Cap isn't dead, he just glows in the dark. And (possibly) spontaneously bursts into flames with distressing regularity. Really. It'll, well, it'll make sense in a few weeks.
