She's out!! She even PAID!! IN FULL!!

She couldn't fit everything into her commandeered transit, so there's a pile of her crap currently sitting in the living room, but still. OUT!! GONE!!

I'm currently in the process of wiping down every surface in the kitchen w/ Lysol and debating rearranging the appliances (well, those that move).

It's perfect timing, since oparu's decided to visit spur-of-the-moment, and now I even have a bed to loan her!! ^_^

OMG MUST CELEBRATE SOMEHOW!!

Flatmate informed me tonight that she's going to move out as soon as she can find another place. Even had the nerve to demand if she moves out pre-May 1 that she get per diem rate for April.

While I'll miss the income, especially after the water heater and all, I think if she has that bad of a reaction to my going off over her making noise at 3AM when I have class at 9? This is probably for the best. Still, am still kind of reeling from the WTF-ness of it.

We'll see if she actually comes up with a move-out date. B/C she's not getting a cent until her shit's out of the master bedroom, I don't care if she's sleeping here or elsewhere. And I'm only helping her move if it's not the day before an exam/of an exam.
